Metal Free Crowns
Full Contour Zirconia Crown: Engineered to endure oral challenges, our FZ crown offers an aesthetically pleasing alternative to metal occlusal PFMs and cast gold, especially beneficial for bruxers with a history of damaging natural teeth or previous restorations.
Layered Zirconia Crown: A modern descendant of the classic PFM. Crafted with multiple layers, it replicates the natural translucency of teeth, achieving a lifelike appearance. This advanced design ensures both durability and visual appeal, providing patients with a seamless and beautifully customized smile.
¾ Zirconia Crown: Solid zirconia is maintained on all occlusal surfaces while the facial is cut-back for hand layered porcelain. It balances strength and natural appearance, providing durability while enhancing aesthetics over monolithic options. It’s a practical solution for both function and aesthetics.
Micro-Layered Zirconia: Designed digitally to include small, strategically placed facial cutbacks. Porcelain is then hand layered to fill the cutbacks providing a natural appearance. It’s carefully crafted for a seamless fit with neighboring teeth while maintaining every bit of strength possible.
Lithium Disilicate: Made from a high-strength glass-ceramic material. Known for its beauty and natural appearance, it is often used for anterior restorations. This type of crown offers mid-range strength and aesthetics, providing reliable and aesthetically pleasing results.
Metal Based Crowns
Porcelain Fused to Metal (PFM): A PFM crown combines a metal base with an outer layer of porcelain. The metal provides strength and support, while the porcelain layer offers a natural tooth-like appearance. Available with Non-precious, Noble or High-Noble Alloys.
Full Gold Crown: Known for its exceptional durability and biocompatibility, a full gold crown is often used for molars and teeth requiring strong support. Fabricated from a digital design, the crown is then milled out of a solid block of alloy offered in a 58% gold, or a 2% gold variety.
Treatment Planning
Diagnostic Wax-up: Used for planning and visualization of potential restorations or changes in the patient’s dental structure before actual treatment. This product is available in analog, digital, and 3D Printed variations and is highly recommended for cases that involve 4 or more teeth.
Temporary Crowns: A provisional dental crown made from polymethyl methacrylate, a type of acrylic material. PMMA crowns are used as temporary restorations or as worn-diagnostic devices. They provide a short-term solution, offering durability and esthetics until the final restoration is ready for placement.
Implants + Bars
Implants
CDL Screw-Retained: Sometimes referred to as “Screwmented” - we design an access hole in the crown and cement the crown to the abutment prior to shipping the case. Chairside, the abutment and crown combo is placed, torqued into place and then the access hole is filled.
CDL Cement Retained: You will receive an abutment, crown and placement jig from our lab. Chairside, the abutment is torqued in using the placement jig to ensure proper insertion. The crown is then cemented in place on the abutment.
Custom Abutments and OEM: We utilize only ADA 510K verified products and milling centers. After 60+ years in the business and working with almost every milling center in the US, we partnered with Dentsply/Atlantis to mill all of our custom abutments where OEM is not requested. If OEM milling is desired, we are able to utilize the original manufacturer for a small fee. Our inclusive CDL implant warranty covers every case we ship regardless of where the abutment was manufactured.
TiBases and Stock Abutments: There are numerous manufacturers that provide stock and TiBase options for almost every implant system. We are happy to work with parts that you provide, or source them for you from any 510K compliant manufacturer. Our deeply knowledgeable implant team will provide input on the best restorative solution for the case.
Tissue Stabilizing Abutment and Temporary Crown: Providing stability and support to the soft tissues around the implant site, this product promotes proper healing and ensures an esthetic outcome. This temporary solution helps guide the formation of the gum contours, creating a favorable foundation for the final, permanent restoration.
Bars and Full-Arch
Implant-Supported Full Arch Restorations: These comprehensive dental solutions for individuals with multiple missing teeth in an entire dental arch are complex and come in many variations. These restorations provide stability, functionality, and a natural-looking smile, enhancing overall oral health and confidence. We utilize numerous systems that are customized for each patient situation – our implant team will guide you to the optimum solution.
