Connect a scanner.
Concord Dental Lab accepts digital impression files from most major intraoral scanners. Find your preferred scanner from the list below and follow the provided protocols to get your file to our team right away.
Medit
- Visit www.meditlink.com and select “don’t have an account? Sign up.”
- Select the “Administrator” option under the category that best fits your business.
- Provide your information and check your email for a verification link. This email will also contain instruction to download the software.
- Select “Add New Partner” and search for Concord Dental Lab to start sending cases to our lab.
iTero
- Call 800-577-8767.
- Select Option 2.
- Request that Concord Dental Lab is added to your scanner, and identify our lab using our phone number: 978.392.9400.
- After Concord Dental Lab has been added, restart your scanner.
- After connecting to us as a lab, select Concord Dental Lab on your scanner when sending files.
Carestream
- Visit Carestream Connect on your scanner
- Search for “Concord Dental Lab”
- Add Concord Dental Lab
- Select Concord Dental Lab when submitting scans – use raw .STL files
- Email us at Office@ConcordDentalLab.com
3Shape
- Go to portal.3shapecommunicate.com in a web browser.
- Sign in or Create a 3Shape ID.
- Connect with Concord Dental Lab by searching Office@ConcordDentalLab.com.
- After connecting to us as a lab, select Concord Dental Lab when sending files.
Planmeca
- Select the “find a lab” option on your scanner
- Search for “Concord Dental Lab”
- Add Concord Dental Lab
- Select Concord Dental Lab when submitting scans
Dentsply Sirona
- Create Account or Log In to your CEREC account.
- Select “MY CEREC CONNECT”.
- Type “Concord Dental Lab” in the box for Company Name.
- Click FIND.
- Check the box to the bottom left for “Concord Dental Lab”.
- Click ADD to complete registration.
